Filing for my FLR(M) and need a shoulder to lean on (or shoulders!)

You only need to have applied for your next visa before the current on expires for your leave to be protected under the immigration rules.

Show them this from the guidance notes.

Thank you Larabee! I am sitting here in tears. I did get a quick response from the business manager but she is trying to get clarification from HR.  I will send the business mgr that link should there be any resistance. I am afraid this is going to turn into a circus. I was barely holding it together before that email this morning.  I am scared shitless of not getting this visa.

We are aware that it can take up to 8 week to process from the date of receipt at the Home Office.
 
As long as we have a copy of the letter or e-mail of acknowledgement from the Home Office, we can continue to employ Melissa past her expiry date of 1st September 2018.

A few more questions: I *think* these will be my last, fingers crossed!

On page 68 Section 14 : we don't fill this out correct? As my husband signs the spouse or partner page, right?

On the Photograph and Document Check list: pg 78

At the end of the paragraph at the top of the page is says "you should photocopy each of these documents and provide copies in addition to the originals" Does this mean every single thing I am including? Bank statements, Pay Slips, Husbands Passport, All supporting documents? Or just those I require back like our marriage license and divorce degrees? ( I know Ksand said to include copies of things I want back and those would be the only things I'd want back...except perhaps one of the rental agreements)

It does not ask for a photograph of the two us together and there is no place on the check list, do I still include one?

Passports: I am sending my actual passport and a copy of my husbands,  I should only record that as 1 right? And include the copy of his passport in B: Other Documents?

Evidence of where you and parent/child normally live: is this my rental agreement? As I do not have (for these purposes) a parent or child I'm not sure that I am supposed to answer this?

We have to go to the bank tomorrow to get the damn statements signed as the woman who we ordered the statements from "sent them via PDF" we found out today although it was spelled out to her explicitly what was needed and the matter of urgency) And once that is done we will have everything on the check list and can finally send this bleedin' thing!

He should complete p68 if there are any joint accounts at all.

For FLR(M) you provide photocopies of everything.

You do not need a photo of the two of you.

Passports,- I sent both passports but it makes sense to do what you are suggesting.

Leave blank those that don't apply.

When we were doing out FLR(M), I took it to mean that I am the applicant and my spouse (also listed on the utility bill) was "other person".  I know he'll be filling out and signing the spouse page, but I did this page for my husband to sign.  I don't know if we needed to, but it didn't hurt to do it.  This way we were covered if we needed to include it.

One more thing  (famous last words!) our latest rental agreement is a digital copy because that is the one it was done, there is no "original" So do I need to put that on a covering letter and what should I say?
