Lots of men cry when they are drunk.

I know I certainly shed a few tears the next morning when I woke up next to them.

I heard my DH cry once over the phone when his family was giving him a ridiculous amount of grief over coming to the USA to visit some yankee vixen and because they accused me of working him for a golden ticket to the UK, as if the US is some sort of third world country I had to escape from....  :P But they seem to like me well enough now that I am here and are quite supportive of my adjustments, etc.
I'm pretty sure his mam is the only one who can make him that upset. He never even cried at the airports while I was sobbing my heart out.  :-[  But, it was nice that he was the strong one, since seeing him cry would've only made it worse for me.

To me it seems that when a woman pops out a child, she is given the power of "guilt trip" to use in the later years, they have the market cornered in it  :P
