I'd go way bigger and bolder. You don't want any chance that they are going to miss it.

.You must write ‘Settlement Priority Service’ in very large letters on the front and back of the outermost envelope of your visa application.

I would put the marriage and divorce certificates in with the relationship evidence. Do you have any physical letters /cards you have sent each other? If so, stick a couple of those in too.  :)

Ok thank you, we have put post it notes on the top of every section as well. We don't have any physical letters or cards, my wife was in the UK up until 07/06/18 on tier 2 visa. Although we weren't living together while she was in UK, we have only been apart for two months.

You only need 1 passport photo of the applicant and no passport photos of the sponsor. I don’t believe you need to include the Tier 2 BRP because it is no longer a valid visa. If she was switching in-country from a valid Tier 2 you would need it, but not if she is starting over with a brand new visa from the US.

For the order, would go with:

Applicant Documents
•   Priority Receipt
•   Return Shipping label/information
•   Letter of Introduction
•   Online application Form
•   Appendix 2 (cat 3A)
•   Biometric Receipt Confirmation
•   IHS Receipt
•   Current passport
•   All previous passports
•   1 passport sized photo

Sponsor Information:
•   Letter of Introduction
•   Copy of Passport – Certified

Financial documents
•  6 months of Pay Slips – Certified
•   6 months Bank Statements – Certified where applicable
•   Company Letter detailing length, type of employment and salary
•   P60 – Certified
•   Original job offer and contract

Proof of Accommodation:
•   Accommodation Details and Tenancy agreement
•   Non objection letter from landlord

Proof of Relationship
•   Extended marriage certificate
•   Divorce Decree
•   2 Photographs... one early in the relationship, one from wedding
•   Train tickets throughout relationship
•   Flight confirmation emails
•   Joint bank account details
•   WhatsApp messages

Photocopies of documents you want returned
All copies should be together in one pile at the back

It's not a big deal, you don't have to send them, but no birthday/Christmas/valentines etc cards to each other? :)

Thank you. She finally received her curtailment email / letter last week so we decided it's best if we just send it back .  Excellent, looks like we have got all the relevant information. I will get her to re arrange it this morning and then hoping to post it by close of play today ! Hopefully, UKVI can figure out the return shipment as we have decided to use her employer's DHL business account for return shipment.

Since our relationship, we have been fortunate enough to be with each other on every birthday , Christmas and valentines. For birthday,  we have just gotten each other holidays as birthday presents. We are including flight confirmation emails for all of those. Valentines has usually been going out for dinners and Xmas was time with our families.  I don't even think we have got one card !  Is this going to look weird? Bit worried now  :o

It’s not an issue at all. Not many people do have physical letters/cards because most of their communication is online.

No, you'll be fine with what you have! Think of them more as an optional extra!  :)

We were just reviewing the documents we sent just to make sure we haven’t missed anything out . My wife has told me that the IHS “receipt “ is actually just an email confirmation that she has sent . Is this correct ? Is there meant to be an actual receipt or just the email ?

Thanks

It's an email with the IHS number on it. You can't get the number without paying.

Our package has been delivered to UKVI through DHL, still waiting on acknowledgement from them. When I looked at the delivery confirmation from DHL it came up with this

It says Leeds as destination service area for some reason . There’s a difference between Leeds and Sheffield ! Getting a bit worried if they have delivered it at the right place . It’s only been a day though so will wait another 5 days for email acknowledgement .
