Neighborhood residents claimed the agents interrupted a children's Halloween parade and allegedly deployed tear gas without warning on residents trying to intervene. Edit to the above post, which said the carrier Gerald R. Ford was near Italy. Ship-tracking websites do show her there, but the last reporting date was 10/21. New info going around says she's in the Caribbean, but I cannot find any proof as of yet.  As the orders for her to proceed from near Italy to the Caribbean only were issued publicly seven days ago, and she was definitely arriving in Split, Croatia on the 21st, I find it difficult to think she's actually arrived unless they left almost immediately.
