Popped a stew in the slow cooker this morning.  Sage and onion sausage, leek, onion, carrot, tatties, tomato passata, seasonings.  Made a nice wholemeal bread to serve w/it.

A goofy shephards pie - leftover lamb, chicken, and beef from a fantastic Middle Eastern resturant.  Chopped it up and sauted it with onion and garlic in olive oil, added Worchestershire sauce and sweet corn.  Topped it off with garlic mashed potatoes and it's in the oven getting all nice and brown for an early dinner.  It smells fantastic already!!!

Pork and leek sausages; roasted new potatoes with shrooms, green pepper, onions, garlic and thyme; steamed broccoli (for me), steamed carrots (for hubby and boy); and a garden salad.  Yummy.
