I do admit that I love doing that sort of thing...but I am trying to cook more often than I did...and cooking for one on some nights just seems like a waste!  So sometimes I wish I had more people to cook for!  Grass is greener, eh?  ;)

Macaroni and cheese, baked beans, and salad.

YUMMY!

I think I will have an egg white omelet with goat's cheese

And maybe some strawberry ice cream for dessert, if it comes out OK.

Wednesday is date night, so we're going out.  I'll get a steak and a salad and DH will probably get a burger that weighs more than he does!  ::)   :D

Tuna steaks but I've no ideas how to make them interesting. Anyone have any simple (i.e. store cupboard) marinades they feel like sharing?

Tuna steaks are pretty good on their own.

My favourite ones I had out were at Chilis and they were just grilled with an herbed mayo served on sourdough rolls...yum!

But when we make them I just put some olive oil on them and grill them.

Knowing otterpop, she means the bagged tortilla crisps!  ;D

Tonight we're having chicken & bacon ravioli with cheese & spinach sauce & garlic bread.

corn on the cob.  every time I have it here I'm disappointed, so I wait until I visit New Jersey, which has the best corn.

anywho-
