We had quiche, baked beans, and roasted chicken.

Well it may not be tonight...  But thanks to my new best friend, Otterpop, ;D sending me a bottle of Lupe Pintos green salsa, I think I'll soon be making her fabulous pork roast with greeen salsa (shredded in tortillas) recipe! ;)
