I'm roasting a chicken - mostly so I can make up some more chicken stock from the carcass afterwards.  Plus potatoes & veg - probably salad.

Leftover spaghetti with meat sauce along with some tomato bread.

DH called, we're going to the pub!

Hubby is having some ready-made filled pasta thing and I don't know what I'm having yet.

I spent part of the afternoon making tomorrow's dinner (for when we go camping) which will be Jamie Oliver's recipe for chili--minus the meat (subbed mushrooms for it) and less beans (used more veggies in their place.  So it's a combo Very Veggie / Jamie Oliver chili.

Not sure. Probably just some boneless pork chops with baby potatoes and green beans.

We're having this tonight, since last night neither of us felt like being very healthy, so we popped out for a chippy. I have to admit, it was the best fish and chips I have ever had.  :P

We had the leftover spaghetti we were supposed to have last night, tomato bread, and I roasted some broccoli.

Just some fresh chicken and bacon tortelloni from Sainsburys with bolognese sauce and baguette. Cheap and easy!  :)

I'm wanting to grill, but dh usually prefers to do the grilling and he's working late tonight.  We'll see if he lets me near it.  ;)

When I was 5 years old, my mother always told me that happiness was the key to life. When I went to school, they asked me what I wanted to be when I grew up. I wrote down ‘happy’. They told me I didn’t understand the assignment, and I told them they didn’t understand life. ~ John Lennon
