We're grilling tonight... I think we are going to grill some pork chops and some chicken breasts. We'll probably have the pork chops tonight with some homemade potato wedges, and then have the chicken tomorrow in wraps with feta cheese and roasted red peppers.

Im making some firehouse chilli as we have some friends coming over and it is the easiest option. So will serve with rice, toritllas, sour cream, guac., cheese, and peppers to add to the top. Then of course Coronas with lime!!!

DH cooking so it's going to be a bit of a surprise...however, I'm thinking it might be grilling out again (weather depending) or it might be pizza night.  It's Dr Who night & we often have pizza on Dr Who night - they just go together!  :)

We have a quite a lot of white wine in the fridge, too - which is a beautiful thing!

Yep. I'm marinating the pork chops in olive oil, rosemary and garlic and I have a yoghurt, lemon, garlic and oregano marinade on the chicken breasts. Good to go!

Chipotle Chicken with rice, black beans, spinach, corn and peppers. Smells good, hopefully it tastes good too.

Lasagne, salad and bread with this spicy yummy cheesy butter that I could drink from the local Italian place.

How was yours? We had a lovely Italian theme. And we we able to sit on the garden swings with our wine and had supper in the conservatory.  8)

Tonight likely takeaway pizza. Feel rubbish: my own fault, though.  :P

Sounds lovely!  :D

We ended up having an English breakfast last night because DH was feeling a bit sickly and the weather was crap today, so we never had our barbecue. But I roasted the yoghurt and garlic marinated chicken breasts and made a very tasty chicken salad with feta cheese and rocket and a lemon-mayo dressing with some spices and rolled them up in the Mediterranean Herb wraps. I had mine with grapes on the side, DH had chips.  :P That's my chip man!

I'm really hoping the pork chops can marinate another day and go in the oven tomorrow since things haven't gone according to plan.  :-\\\\

First day back to work after our week off and we probably won't feel like cooking, so most likely veggie chili from the freezer.
