Homemade hamburgers.
When I was 5 years old, my mother always told me that happiness was the key to life. When I went to school, they asked me what I wanted to be when I grew up. I wrote down ‘happy’. They told me I didn’t understand the assignment, and I told them they didn’t understand life. ~ John Lennon

I had potato onion pierogies with a piece of lite kielbassa, and green beans.  I'm finishing my glass of wine as I surf for a bit before settling in for the night.  You are all most likely sound asleep, as it is quarter to 1 in the morning there.  I tucked Simon in about a half hour ago over the phone.  I miss him horribly.   :\\\'(
