Had a heavy lunch today, so I'll probably have fruit salad for dinner.  ;)

Will probably do a stir fry with chicken for DH.

We are going to make a fresh chicken salad.  Healthy eating for us, as well.   ;D  I'm going to sautee up some chicken breast pieces and have them on a bed of greens, with tomatoes and cucumber, and homemade olive oil and balsalmic vinegar dressing.

I'm thinking Tacos.  Although there is some cooked chicken to use up.  Guess I'll check the use by date and let that decide.   :)

When I was 5 years old, my mother always told me that happiness was the key to life. When I went to school, they asked me what I wanted to be when I grew up. I wrote down ‘happy’. They told me I didn’t understand the assignment, and I told them they didn’t understand life. ~ John Lennon
