I had Chicken cooked in butter and hot sauce (kind of like hot wings, but tenders)  With some blue cheese dressing and raw broccoli.  YUMMY!!!

Pebbles, it's called Spaghetti and meat Sauce in the states, right?

I'm sure tequila will work, but chocolate probably will too.  You want something that's going to combat the chili oils -- like another oil (chocolate) or some kind of alcohol.

Vegetarian chili w/cornbread last night.

Bangers & mash tonight.

Roast chicken and brown rice w/beans, courgette, and onions.  Easy peasy!

Last night, bangers and mash, but Aillidh's gone off bangers entirely and most of the mash wound up in her hair.

can't wait for a healty dinner due to all the garbage i've had recently.

and i can't wait to hear DH howling as he has to wash the whole chicken before putting in the slow cooker.   heh heh heh.  I'm always doing it, it's his turn!!!!!

Whole chicken with shallots, garlic, lemon and spices for dinner with salad and corn.

i'll make a soup and freeze it as well tonight.  MMMMMMM.

Last night I had half of an Outback cheeseburger with a side of broccoli.  It was so yummy and a total splurge, I think the broccoli made up for the burger ;)

Tonight, I would love some Mexican food since I am in the States.

Oh! So THAT'S why I overdo it on the cold beer when I'm eating extra-spicy buffalo wings!!
