LOL, well, yeah, actually, at the shop, we charge nothing for the advice anyway - that's always free. And, what you said about the eucalyptus oil is correct, and what you said about nasal sprays. My sister was addicted to them for years; they're bad news. I like the Olbas Oil brand, which has eucalyptus oil in it along with other menthol carrying oils to help open up the sinuses. That, and Potter's Life Drops, too. They work quickly to open up a stopped head naturally, using capsicum, elderflowers and peppermint. It's also very soothing for a sore throat. The capsicum (in other words, cayenne) stimulates circulation, the elderflowers are anti-catarrhal (a decongestant) and the peppermint oil is antimicrobial. It's good to use when you want quick relief of symptoms.
