I really like the Beck's commercial, too, as Elizabeth has stated earlier. I think it's very clever and completely off the wall. When I lived in the States, Beck's (and occasionally Heineken) were the only beers I'd drink.

I love the Volkswagen advert for their Night Driving campaign which uses the Dylan Thomas poem 'Under the Milkwood' and the Solaris soundtrack.

 i think the best advert of the year ,has got to be the smirnoff ad, when all the old planes, ships, statues , coins etc  come out of the  sea

That's pretty good, actually!  I can't stand the Cadbury's ad with the drum-playing gorilla.  What the fudge is that about????

Dh & I cant stand that commercial either glad to know we aren't the only ones who don't like it or get what it has to do with Cabury's chocolate  ???    [smiley=confused.gif]
