I find the Virgin advert incredibly sexist...

I'm really sick of seeing Iggy Pop so close-up. He just looks gross. I do like his music, but don't understand why he is hocking car insurance in the UK, and his body looks so weird to me.  [smiley=puke.gif]

I did like the John Lydon Coutry Life butter advert, but haven't seen it in a while.

The meerkat advert reminds me of the Geico gecko. I think it might be some sort of rip off, but I don't mind it, I think his accent is funny.

I like the Virgin airlines advert, mainly just seeing the giant mobile phone and hearing the 80's music, but none of the flight attendants have the 80's hair, so that kinda ruins it for me. It would be funnier if they were all hot babes with crazy giant teased-up hair like it might've been back in the day.

I foget what it's advertising, but the one with all the people dancing in the station is pretty good, DH likes that one a lot.

The advert your talking about is for T-Mobile.

Dh & I like that one as well.  ;D  [smiley=2thumbsup.gif]

Completely agree. Not sure what hotness has to do with flying!

Total sell out by Iggy, I couldn't believe it! I does make me chuckle that he won't even wear a shirt to make a commercial, considering his age he's not doing too badly.

the Iggy Pop adverts make me wince.  Really don't need to see him without his shirt on, ugh.

The new bizarre Cadburys one with the two little kids sitting for their portraits. I mean really, WTF?
I really hate this series of ads.

Hiya,

Of course, as a fella, I find the Virgin 80's advert with the cabin crew absolutley delicious! - I've always flown Virgin after Br(sh)itish Airways messed up outbound and inbound flights to NYC...

The Cadburys eyebrow advert - not as good as the Gorilla and the Airport vehicles one, but what clinches it for me in terms of it being great is the early 80's Electro soundtrack and the hilarious bit of the girl using the balloon air escaping wiggling to replicate the turntable/record 'scratching' sound!  - brilliant !

DtM! West London & Slough UK!

I think you remember the weird advert but not necessarily what they were trying to flog!

I loooooove this one

This is a new one that I quite enjoy. I love horses (mom has one) and this commerical just is so funny. Although I'm sure they are having issues with the little people community.

Its not meant to have anything to do with chocolate - its just meant to either make you either laugh, smile or cringe and because it generates discussion and everyone refers to it as the cadburys or cadburys chocolate advert then from a marketing perspective it's working. :)

I see there has been a number of remixes to the gorilla ad  - i like the Deep Purple one..
