well as I am stuck drinking my lunch...coffee flavoured Slim Fast....yummmmmmeeee NOT

I would die for a huge old fashion cheeseburger the kind you would get from a mom N pops place.........

What I wouldn't give for an Oliverio's pepperoni roll, smothered in Italian peppers and mozzarella cheese and from Sonic- their Reese's Peanut Butter Sonic blast!!!

Oohh yeah those are good. :P I had the mushroom swiss burger at Chili's recently and it was soooooo good. Ok now you've got me wanting one. ;)

Peanut Butter Squares!
Base.
50g dark muscovado sugar.
200g icing sugar
50g unsalted butter
200g peanut butter.

Topping.
200g milk chocolate.
100g plain chocolate.
1tablespoon unsalted butter.

1x23cm brownie tin lined with greasproof paper or foil.

1. Stir all ingredients for base together until smooth, press into brownie tin.
2. Melt topping ingredients in microwave, pour over base, chill in fridge.

Cut into squares size optional!

ya know elizabeth, that's the excuse i'm going to use tomorrow when i tell people at work i wasn't checking my emails.  :)

i'm so tempted, but know i should enjoy my one day off......i did take it afterall!

grilled cheese was SO good.  piping hot melted cheese on brown crusty nut bread with chicken and corn soup.

mmmmmmm.  i could eat grilled cheese and soup 5 times a week!
