Best:  When you really need the rest it can feel so good to snuggle up and catch up reading or movies, etc.

Worst:  When you are just having a blue or depressed time it can sometimes make you feel worse to withdrawal.

An entire day at the seaside.

D'oh!

Oatmeal

Best: Putting a ton of stuff in it (syrup, nuts and berries, chocolate chips, etc)

Worst: When it doesn't have enough water in it and it gets all rubbery.

Fashion magazines.

American-style lemonade, I'm assuming....

Best--it's yummy and oh-so-thirst quenching!

Worst--full of sugar and calories.
