Welcome to the Machine - Pink Floyd
(I'm impressed you came up with Fiction Factory)

Smiling as the sh*t comes down
You can tell a man from what he has to say
Everything gets turned around
And I will risk my neck again, again

You can take me where you will
Up the creek and through the mill
All the things you can't explain

Four Seasons in One Day, Crowded House. ( one of my favourite songs ever!)

Bang bang bang on the door baby!
Knock a little louder baby!
Bang bang bang on the door baby!
I can't hear you
Bang bang on the door baby
Bang bang on the door
Bang bang on the door baby
Bang bang
You're what?... Tin roof, rusted!

"Love Shack"--B52's (I love the song "Topaz" from that album).

"Ah, I caught you smiling at me,
That's the way it should be,
Like a leaf is to a tree--so fine."

Bron-Y-Aur Stomp - Led Zeppelin (from III the accoustic album)

This song actually started life as Jennings Farm Blues and the current title is from the farm they stayed at in Wales where they wrote most of LZ III.

All day long I think of things but nothing seems to satisfy
Think I'll lose my mind if I don't find something to pacify
Can you help me occupy my brain?
Oh yeah
Still tired of coteries and bans. But hanging about anyway.

I'm So Tired - The Beatles

Cadillac rollin' on the open road,
Nothing will outrun my V8 Ford,
Cadillac doing about 95,
She's bumper to bumper rollin' side by side

Maybellene - Chuck Berry

I was born with a plastic spoon in my mouth
The north side of my town faced east, and the east was facing south
And now you dare to look me in the eye
Those crocodile tears are what you cry

Still tired of coteries and bans. But hanging about anyway.

Hold on Tight -  ELO

The ice age is coming, the sun is zooming in
Engines stop running and the wheat is growing thin
A nuclear error, but I have no fear

London Calling - The Clash

Every time just like the last
On her ship tied to the mast
To distant lands
Takes both my hands
Never a frown...

Golden Brown - The Stranglers (they were good!)

one for you Tin.... sort of  ;)

Sometimes late when things are real
And people share the gift of gab between themselves
Some are quick to take the bait
And catch the perfect prize that waits among the shelves
Still tired of coteries and bans. But hanging about anyway.

Tin Man!   [smiley=laugh4.gif]  America

I could while away the hours
Conferrin' with the flowers
Consultin' with the rain
And my head, I'd be sctatchin'
While my thoughts were busy hatchin'

If I Only Had a Brain - From The Wizard of Oz

There were two butterflies, casting their eyes
Both in the same direction,
Who would have guessed that one little yes,
Could start a butterfly collection?

Stand up beside the fireplace
Take that look from off your face
You ain't ever gonna burn my heart out
