Not Bruce Campbell's best film, but I was working my way through my collection and hadn't watched that one.

Yes, I see what you mean. And I agree about about the time scale of events being a bit unrealistic.

I really liked the music, which stood out the most for me. And I liked the relationship between the two characters.
Yes--his music was really good.  I don't much about him (can't remember the lead guy's name), but I do know those songs really are his.  An old co-worker of mine saw him in concert in the US a while back.

Dont know why, but I absolutely love Ripley in that film.

I watched that documentary Battle for Haditha last night. Completely harrowing and depressing.

We are hooked on Showtime's Californication with David Duchovny.  Just watched the first season back to back this weekend!  Can't wait for the second season to start.
