Warning:

Oooh I hate it when that happens!!!!

Only posting it as an IA right now, but my (boss's) boss- his son (age 13) was taken into hospital a few days ago- they found a lump on his spine- so now he needs to go down to Glasgow for further testing. I hope it all turns out ok  :-\\\\

My laptop charger is on the outs.  I've only had it a year.  I don't have the £80 to shell out for another.  uggggggggggh

Call the company. Say you're concerned about the fire hazard. They will send you a new charger. Mine started fraying through the wire and sparking. I have a new one (was after the year warranty, too). Do you have a Toshiba?

I had my 3rd interview this morning and I have to wait around until this afternoon in case I get the job so I can meet some other person from the company before I would start on Monday.

I was hoping to get stuff done at home this morning and afternoon, but now I'm sat in the library killing time until someone calls me to say whether or not I have it.

I guess I won't mind the waiting I'm doing if I end up getting the job, but wah wah wah!  :P  ;)

It's a MacBook, so I plan on finding my receipt this weekend and walking into the store on Monday.  Thanks for the tip about the fire hazard.  May come in handy since I'm sure my charger probably is one at the moment.  :)

Steri-strips!  It is likely what they would do at the ER anyway.

Its been such a sad day for anyone in the marching arts-  George N. Parks, who was a legendary UMASS marching band director for 33 years- hugely involved in Drum Corps Associates and the Reading Bucaneers- and held every summer legendary Drum Major Clinics- pass away suddenly from a heart attack, very prematurely at 57 years old- whilst taking the UMASS band to Michigan-

George N. Parks was a household name in my life- he was hugely inspirational to my high school marching band and a one of a kind, hugely motivational, person, a great music educator- I once played in a band under him - just once for a single concert, but I remember it all and it was inspiring and incredible experience and it awesome to play under him-

My facebook is flooded with so many people from all corners of my life who knew him- and paying tributes- its incredible

They reckon his name, in the small marching band world- is second only to John Phillip Sousa

RIP George N. Parks

I think I am in the very early stages of a relapse. :( Been going numb in my hands the past 2 nights. It's gone for now, but this is how my last relapse started.

It's been over a year since my last one, so I guess I'm "due" for one. But it really sucks.
Finally living with my Husband in London after 6 1/2 years together but apart... and loving my life!

Last night I had really bad stomach cramps which led to a severely upset tummy. this morning I felt better had my normal breakfast still felt fine then had lunch around 1:30pm still felt ok which was soup & toast I wasn't that hungry. so about an hour half later I had the really bad cramps I had last night then the severely upset tummy came on again.  ::)  :P  I didn't eat anything bad today so I cant figure out what's wrong with me. I haven't had any dinner cause don't want to get sick again an I'm really tired I think I might go to bed soon. also I have a huge cold sore an its driving me nuts. I hope I'm not getting sick I have a Dietitians apt this Wednesday an I need to get to the gym cause I didn't go most of last week cause of the monthly friend.  ::)  :P
