Hmm....sounds like you still have the Mexican craving!!  Me too, but I've had a little fever the past few days, so I've been sticking to soup and toast.  Hopefully I"ll be back on the nachos soon!!

Breakfast!  DH was kind enough to let me sleep in, then took off with the boy.  So I didn't eat until 11:00! :D

The last couple of days I have taken a trip down memory lane ;D  I made my chicken strips in pesto (Cooked four minutes on the Foreman) and put it on a tortilla with guac, refried beans and sour cream.  Reminds me of when I lived in Boston and ate these all the time.  So yummy.  Oh yes and a lot of hot sauce as well in there.
