Well to be honest I was doing exercises & eating right but I still wasn't able to lose any weight which was very frustrating but until till I started taking Metformin with every meal is when I started actually losing the weight. those who have what I have know what a struggle it is to lose weight more so than people who don't have what we have. I'm not saying losing weight is easy for anyone but its a uphill battle for those of us who have PCOS is all I'm saying.  ;)  :) But Thanks Anyways Andee!!   :)  [smiley=2thumbsup.gif]

A roast beef sandwich on Hovis Wholemeal bread, some Walkers Baked plain chips & a single serve packet of Philadephia Light Creme cheese with mini bread sticks.

 french toast (made with a bagel Mmm) topped with butter and icing sugar. Hubby had his with brown sauce :-\\\\

I had a turkey and cheese sandwich and side salad. At 7:30am. I had a heck of a weird food craving!

Who knows, at least my cravings are for normal things. Although a peanut butter, bacon and honey sandwich sounds so good...
