Happiness is a good sound system.

Figuring out how good it feels to give my ex a mental f**k off.

I like it. How do you do that? Is it something anyone can learn?
Still tired of coteries and bans. But hanging about anyway.

A new car!  Well, used, but mine, mine, mine.

She's a purple Volvo and I love her.

I feel like a grown up again.

I don't know if it's something just anyone can do.  It involves Jedi mind tricks and being able to drone on and on.  If you can do that, you too can give my ex a mental f**k off!  HEh
Love your life, poor as it is. You may perhaps have some pleasant, thrilling, glorious hours, even in a poorhouse. The setting sun is reflected from the windows of the almshouse as brightly as from the rich man’s abode; the snow melts before its doors as early in the spring. Cultivate property like a garden herb, like sage. Do not trouble yourself much to get new things, whether clothes or friends. Turn the old; return to them. Things do not change; we change. Sell your clothes and keep your thoughts…

Watching A Christmas Story with Rich, his first time!

That is my favorite movie of all time.

Napping this afternoon snuggled up on the sofa next to DH while he read the newspaper.
Ring the bells that still can ring
Forget your perfect offering
There is a crack, a crack in everything
That's how the light gets in...

A clean smelling doggy!  We are thrilled about this, however, she is not!  Been pouting all day and will hardly look at us!  (She hates the bath!!)

Rich has all his laundry done (miracle!), all my laundry is done and I saved a Christmas Kiss bubble bar from Lush for my bath later!  Horay!

A hot bath with part of a 'blue skies' bubble bar from Lush crumbled into it.  I was in cinnamon/patchouli bubble heaven! :)
When I am grown-up I will understand how BEAUTIFUL it feels to administrate my life effectively.

Until then I will continue to TORCH all correspondence that bores me and to dance NAKED over the remnants of its still glowing embers.

...my sister.  What a sweetheart she is...as kind-hearted as they come! :D

I'm nearly 10 years older than she is, so we didn't have a close 'sister' relationship growing up, but as we've become adults we've become very close...
