This made me almost cry :'( Just lost my Nana a couple of weeks ago, but I do this all the time. I think I'll do it more once we get moved.

For me, happiness is taking my 3 year old daughter out for Sushi, just the two of us. She's so adorable and we never get any time alone without her Dad and Sister. It was so nice.  Also, that kid can eat her weight in sushi and always cracks up the chefs and wait staff, lol.

I lost one in 2000 and the other in 2004, and it still hurts. No matter how much anyone else on the planet loves you, nothing compares to a grandma's love.

Hubby can eat his weight in sushi too, but somehow it doesn't seem to impress or amuse the chefs. :D The place we went to most before moving, it seems the chef would groan every time he saw hubby.

Got one at the county fair, it was amazing! I had an apple cider slushy and maple cotton candy as well. All before noon too. I swear I only do this once a year. But yes if you can get your hands on one I highly recommend maple slushies.

We are starting to get into Fall Fest season in the midwest, so I will keep my eyes open. I am sure we won't go to a lot of them, but we will hit a few.

Finding the missing ingredients needed for my crumb cake at the local Costcutters 3 minutes away!

Finally having a decent internet connection after living here a month. We've had nothing but misery since we got it. I would expect this from a low budget service no one has ever heard of, but you'd expect someone like AT&T to be reliable.

Awww. :)

PB & J - y'all are very lovely yourselves, it was a great pleasure & we had a brilliant time. You live in such a beautiful part of the UK - it's easy to see why you are so happy in your gorgeous Highland home. Hope we can make it back up there again one of these days!! :)

A decent laundromat. Although I'd rather have my own machines this one is clean, all the machines work, staff is friendly, free WiFi and on Sunday they have free coffee and doughnuts.

For me Happiness is my four hours at the Laundromat WITHOUT THE KIDS every other week.  I don't do it anymore, as we have a machine and a big house with plenty of line to dry, but boy do I miss the laundromat line on our budget.

Happiness is the adorableness of watching a three year old 'sneak' through the house.

Getting involved in my community! I've made a point of getting out there and meeting people over the past several months and it has been so rewarding. I love where I live!  :)
