Two things you are happy about today/

1. Blue skies!  I don't care if it's only 1F outside... the sky is BLUE!!!

2. It's election day.  Yay for democracy!

2. Since I found my keys I don't have to pay for new ones or run around to get new ones made!

1. Back to the gym, what with DF's visit and my dad passing away I've only been once in 3 weeks.

I'm sorry to hear that your Dad passed away.

You're right that the connection between exercise and weight loss is not clearcut.

1. I am taking the ten year old somewhere that isn't our house, Grandma's, the doctor's or the hospital for the first time in THREE weeks(after a visit to the surgery).

2.  I am sooooo hoping she gets the all clear and can finally have a bath!

1. Pay day is only a week away which is good because I've somehow managed to run out of money entirely!
