I don't think I will ever forget seeing that UPS envelope and realizing I hadn't been breathing properly for eight weeks. As soon as I saw it, I felt like everything was right with the world.

Aww Thanks everyone!! He works away over the weekend so we had to just make due with a nice skype chat over our own individual dinners, but last weekend we celebrated and this weekend I think we are going to slow down and just snuggle in with movies and stuff!  :)

1. It's Friday, which always makes me happy!

2. Hubby gets home!

3. My nerd side is coming out! I got a US to UK voltage adapter power plug-in for my US electronics and I tested it last night and it works! So NOW (the geeky part!) I'm beside myself with excitement to pull out all my old Nintendo consoles to play me some retro games! LOL! Its going to be LEGENDARY! ;D

1.  My little student actually practiced and as a result of that came along in leaps and bounds at  her lesson yesterday!  I get so proud of her I could burst!  Plus it's reassurance to me that my teaching technique, choice of music, etc. has been right so far.

2.  Two more full days to enjoy before going back to work.

while assembling stuff for my trip to the US on Monday, We found that I had misplaced the paper counterpart for my drivers license. PANIC!!!

But we found it - in the batch of papers I had assembled when I went to the Liverpool PEO for the ILR application. I had never put stuff back where it belonged (BAD!!).

But I found it, can rent the car and all is well! Oh yeah - the Wensleydale with cranberries that's in the kitchen is about to make me even happier!

Returned to UK July 2011 (Spousal Visa/KOL endorsement)
ILR - September 2011
Application for naturalization submitted July 2014
Approval received 15-10-14; ceremony scheduled for 10 November!
Passport arrived 25 November 2014. Finally done!
