Until then I will continue to TORCH all correspondence that bores me and to dance NAKED over the remnants of its still glowing embers.

Carrot cake from the Be-Ro book.  Bump doesn't like carrots on their own (makes me queasy) but they like carrot cake just fine!

Raisin cream scones for this afternoon's tea.  Honey yeast dinner rolls now rising for tonight's dinner.
I refuse to answer that question on the grounds that I don't know the answer.

Dinner rolls - so much better than storebought!

I'm making something for a couple of friends for Valentine's Day who have just split up with their husbands and might be feeling left out....

doing a variation on the seven layer bars...using belgium cinnamon biscuits for the base instead of digestives... and white chocolate and cranberries with nuts for the topping.

I made a lemon drizzle cake last night - for us to have a slice each last night & hubby took the rest to work today, because the boys were clamoring for cake.

I'm planning to mix up some butter cookie dough today, to bake & decorate Valentine heart shaped cookies later this week.
