When I was 5 years old, my mother always told me that happiness was the key to life. When I went to school, they asked me what I wanted to be when I grew up. I wrote down ‘happy’. They told me I didn’t understand the assignment, and I told them they didn’t understand life. ~ John Lennon

Don't worry - I think the search function on here is a bit persnickety anyway!

DB is on a pork kick too. I'm not the biggest fan of it, so I'm really working to find new recipes! I think we've been having it at least once or twice a week and I'm used to having it MAYBE once a month, tops!

I'm trying this recipe I found on RecipeZaar. I'll let you know how it goes (so far it smells good):

http://www.recipezaar.com/258157

Quote
1¼ hours 10 min prep

6    pork chops (I use boneless thinner cut chops)
   salt and pepper
3/4    cup applesauce
3/4    cup sweet baby rays original barbecue sauce
1    small onion, chopped

   1. Salt and pepper pork chops.
   2. Brown chops in oil.
   3. Put in a baking dish.
   4. Mix applesauce, BBQ sauce, and onion.
   5. Spoon over chops.
   6. Cover with foil and bake at 350F for one hour!
   7. I usually use four pork chops since it's just my husband and I. I don't alter the sauce, b/c I like the extra sauce to pour on top.

ETA: It was delicious! DB loved it too.  ;D I steamed some carrots with a bit of the sauce and they turned out great.  :)
