Yay!!!
When I was 5 years old, my mother always told me that happiness was the key to life. When I went to school, they asked me what I wanted to be when I grew up. I wrote down ‘happy’. They told me I didn’t understand the assignment, and I told them they didn’t understand life. ~ John Lennon

I missed the bit where the judges tasted his pork and chocolate. What did they say??? I could kindof see it working......

They didn't like the taste but really were impressed by his willingness to try it.

Anyone still watching? I'm rooting for Emily!

I love Emily! She's definitely my favourite, but I think James will win. I don't mind that really - he's a close second fave for me. I just think perhaps Emily lacks the life experience and maturity needed to win it. But you never know! She could pull it out of the bag tomorrow!

Yeah, I suspect James will win. He's ok but to me, he's just same old same old. White guy making fancy food. Yes, he's passionate, yes, he's good. But I don't think he's particularly inventive. While I'm not sure I'd want to actually eat a lot of Emily's food, her risk-taking and youth are so refreshing!

Will be disappointed if Emily doesn't win.  Yes, she is young, but she has tons of talent and is unique.

I adore Emily.  I would love to see her win, but I also think it will be James.  I can see him being a successful restaurant chef, which I think is the whole point of Masterchef.  I don't see Emily as a working chef, (she seems to freak out under pressure, though she has made great improvements) but more as a creative director kind of chef, making up the dishes for others to cook.  I read an article in the Daily Mail on Saturday.  She wants to travel and learn more about food around the world rather than work in a kitchen right away.

Tonight's episode where they cooked for the top chefs was so emotional.  I was tearing up when James was crying after the chefs praised him for his dish.  And I cheered for Emily when she was shaking with nerves plating up her food.

I love to cook, but I don't think I would get out of the first round of Masterchef!

There's no way I'd subject myself to that kind of pressure! I can't even begin to imagine it!
