Congrats! I had my practical today as well and also passed. First try! Only 4 minor faults!

Congrats! I also took my exam in my 8th month. I was so big I could barely fit behind the wheel and I drove most of the exam one handed while the other was on my 'bump'. I think the examiner took mercy on me and passed me before I gave birth right then and there!

Very happy for you! Imagine you are very happy as well as relieved. And a sense of accomplishment. It's a lot more of a challenge to pass the test here than it was back home.

It's a sort of a rite of passage for us, isn't it? Welcome to "the club".

Definitely a big sigh of relief. I did NOT want to have to take it again, so I was thrilled when the instructor told me I had passed, despite making a mistake that I thought for sure would mean I'd fail (he marked it as a minor instead of a major).

It's finally over!!!
I passed my practical - on my first try!!! only 5 minors!  it is such a relief!!!
I took a total of 8 lessons, and since I have been driving for +10 years it was just a matter of un-learning some vices that I had and of course learning to do the maneouvers the UK way!!

It is OOOVEEER!!! I am fully licensed now! ;D ;D

So cute, my driving instructor post me a congratulation card!

Well I didn't..but DH passed his test today, first time!  Yahoo!!!!  Now he can be the designated driver and I don't have to lug his tools around when he's starting and finishing jobs....
