MIL and SIL's birthday presents, it's a relief to have them in time.

A belated B/day gift from my English friend she thought my B/day was later than it really was that's cool its the thought that counts  ;)  :) & a B/day card from my Best Friend in California.  ;D  [smiley=2thumbsup.gif] I got this stuff over the weekend I just forgot to mention it then.  :)  [smiley=doh.gif]

Well you've got it finally at least! Hopefully you can make the appt OK?

Train tickets are reasonable right now, £75 for the 3 of us, it's the hotel room that is going to hurt (£90). But it's an early morning appointment (9.30) so we MUST get there the night before I don't want to be rushing down in the AM on the day and be all panicky trying to get there in time.

yay! Wait for a bus for ages then two come along at once! :)

My sample of wedding cupcakes arrived and I totally love them  ;D (Hope the boy does too!)

My second pair of Backup Wedding Shoes (navy Hush Puppies, and they're sparkly) which means I can return the first pair (ivory - they were supposed to be white - Red or Deads).

A letter that I'm on top of the allotments wait list. Whoohoo. Although they're on the other side of town it will be great to have a place to grow my own veg!

The of last my B/day presents Dh got me. he was waiting on his brother to ask what to get me for my B/day but when he didn't ask Dh bought me a cd by a Australian singer that I have wanted for ages on my B/day off ebay.  ;D  [smiley=2thumbsup.gif]

The latest issue of my Dutch sewing magazine subscription arrived last night, and next to it was also an NHS letter saying I finally have an appointment with the specialist I've been waiting months for - and it's next week! Yay to both!
Summer 97 - first visited friends in London
99-00 - studied at Uni of Sussex on exchange
Feb 02 - moved to London on BUNAC
Sep 02 - WP granted (IT skills shortage list)
Sep 04 - WP renewed
Sep 06 - WP renewed again (screwed by 4-5 year ILR change)
Sep 07 - ILR!
March 09 - Citizenship!
July 09 - bone marrow transplant :(
18 Sep 10 - wedding!
Mar 12 - half marathon in Paris! 1:47:12!
Oct 12 - Amsterdam FULL marathon! 3:48:23!

Package from my parents with valentine's stuff for Jean and an anniversary card for us.  Was a bit baffled why she put a $5 bill in.. until I went Duh! It's our 5th anniversary!  ::)
