I meant to reply to your post a few days ago, but now I am too lazy to go through the thread again.  You asked what is a good English word for crybaby, and here in my neck of the woods (Northeast) we might call someone a "whinger" (whinge rhymes with hinge, for reference) As in "stop your moaning, you whinger!"     Or, "stop whingin'!" 
I am often a whinger, myself!  (though I'm not sure I am spelling it right....)

OMG hahah it's that rhyming slang I just don't get it.  Not too long ago Alan said I'm going for a Ruby..I was like YOU"RE WHAT?? hahaha appartenly it means curry...ya I'll let him explain that one!
