i saw the queen getting into a car on my way home from work in cambridge today!

Finally somebody!  Glad to know there is at least one American out there fulfilling the expectations of citizens back home!      I never manage to run into the royal family, in spite of my American friends believing it will happen.

Tin, you mean you haven't run into her at your local Tesco? I am surprised!! 

The only person I know who has bumped into the Queen when she has been "off duty" so to speak is my grandmother. Must be about 20 years ago now, she was in Windsor Great Park and the Queen & Princess Anne rode by on horseback, and said hello.

I met Christian McKay last night. We were in the restaurant that is in the hotel that the cast were staying in.

He is the man that plays Orson Welles in the movie AND he remembered me as an extra from last February when we were filming....

He is a new actor..this was his first movie and he is a truely great actor..you will see him loads more in the future I am sure!
