When I  was going to the gym before my vacation to the States & Christmas that was my favorite thing at the gym. you definitely know when you have been on that machine.

Sorry guys... I have been a bit remiss with this whole section... let me see what I can do!

How often do you guys weigh yourselves?
And if you threw a party
Invited everyone you knew
You would see the biggest gift would be from me
And the card attached would say
"Thank you for being a friend!"

To be honest the whole thing is pretty dead.. but it used to be once a week.  I will see about granting access to those who have expressed an interest. :)

So what's going on here?  I'm DEFINITELY interested in joining up/participating.  Managed to lose a whole bunch of weight about 3-4 years ago, kept it off, and only recently (6 months) have put it all back on again!  Annoying, but at least I know I can lose it again (and the best way to do it for me).  Anyway, am WAY too skint to join a gym or buy equipment, so I plan on doing it the hard way with walking/jogging & my Tae-Bo DVDs.

Will be using my Tae bo DVD's too, cant afford the gym either, i have done it the hard way before, i actually like exercising in solitude, that way i can make a fool of myself and no one is watching

Im cheating and joining lighter life this weekend. I heard the first few days is hell but the weight comes off very quickly (100 days) and when it does I'll have more confidence to start swimming and get out there exercising!

I got lucky my MIL paid for my yearly Gym membership up front because Dh & I didn't have the that kind of money for a luxury like that at the time. I lost nearly 3 stone before we went on vacation the the States for 3 weeks. so I go to the gym 5 times a week & usually go swimming 3 times a week which I am starting back at the gym on Friday & swimming this Saturday morning. I don't work there aren't that many jobs in my area. so Dh likes to joke around an say my going to the gym is my part time job because I'm there so much lol. I weight myself once a week it works better for me to do it that way.

hadn't weighed myself in ages. I think it works  when I have an outfit I know used to fit me and then doesn't..but then hopefully will again.  It happened before,, recently I weighed myself and I am  15 pounds heavier than  My heaviest weight I remebr  (not including pregnancy) .. I wouldn't be so worried  but I saw  my pics from our recent holiday and things don't look great.. sigh*

Exactly!!  Actually, I don't mind exercising with other people around in the gym, but I loooooove being totally goofy with my workout DVDs alone at home!

I am putting myself doubly on the line.  As most of you know I work in radio, well I was recently approached to do a "Fit Club" that would measure our weight loss on air.  This is all inclusive diet and exercise program, and if I slip up I guess I will be answering to the listeners, if you want to listen (when I find out when we will be on) you can go here
