I actually did search and got a thread on ice cream makers and one other but not that one.  Not sure why?

Thanks for the recipes and ideas folks!

I love Cardamom.. I made Elynor's (I think it was her) pear butter last year with cardamom in it and it's wonderful... hmmm I wonder what it would be like in ice cream?

The custard for the sherry crema catalana is very yummy....

Individually. I think it might be a bit overpowering to combine all three. But rosemary and lavender might be nice together!

There you go Stacey... it's from the canning thread and Elynor posted it.  It is amazing... you could I suppose pop it in an open crock pot to save stirring but it's great!

They'd probably love your paella!

I don't think she's overly keen on peeling shellfish nor does she like squid.  Still... it's predicted to rain but I have some stuff to grill.  It will be like the UK!!

David Lebovitz who wrote "The Perfect Scoop" has a number of recipes from the book on his website:

http://www.davidlebovitz.com/recipes/

The book is lovely, and the recipe for strawberry frozen yoghurt divine.

That website looks amazing!!  :D
