Reeses Pieces at Aldi!
« on: June 24, 2009, 12:19:34 PM »
Aldi is doing American foods from tomorrow and they will have reeses pieces and reeses peanut butter cups, and Hersheys chocolate bars - among other, less interesting things.

http://www.aldi.co.uk/uk/html/offers/offers_week26thursday09.htm?WT.z_src=main

I'm heading there during my lunch hour tomorrow in case they run out quickly!

I don't know about you all, but I had never had a hot dog from a jar while growing up in the States.  It just looks wrong...
Thank you for posting about the reeses pieces though.  I normally don't shop at Aldi but will be making a trip there this afternoon.

Hamburger relish??

All the relish I ever saw in the States was that green pickle relish that I hate. But the red tomato relish? Is that a US thing??? I didn't think so!

Is it a New England thing maybe?  We always had hamburger relish growing up- tomato based.
