For those interested you can buy the Gingerbread Syrup & the Toffee Nut syrup at Starbucks at £3.50 a bottle it's pretty good since it'll cost you almost that much for 1 coffee.

Same at Costa. I had a giant bottle of the gingerbread syrup last me nearly a full year!

I love Christmas blend coffees!

Why is it that NOBODY will make a decaf Christmas blend??  >:( >:( >:(

I've discovered peppermint mocha's at Starbucks, and yes, I always have the whipped cream.

Am looking forward to opening Christmas blend - any day now.

Starbucks has a decaf Christmas blend, at least in the States.  Have anyone who can get you a pound?

They don't do a decaf version over here - at least not at any of the places I've asked.  :(

I'd like to try it, but probably not enough to make someone pay postage to send it to me. Thanks for the idea, though!

I haven't been to London, but I do ask every time I go into a Starbucks and nobody around here has it. But please check for me next time you're there! No need to make a special trip. I'm happy to do a swap if there's anything you'd like from Cornwall!  :)

So sorry Im just now getting to update you Chary but they dont sell the decaf Christmas coffee anywhere in the UK. I checked 3 shops and then finally asked and received the answer. I must have been dreaming or something because I swore I saw it.

I'm not sure if they have it in the UK but decaf Sumatra is very similar to the Christmas.  We've run out of decaf xmas at work already (as of yesterday!) and have been telling people that .  Doesn't really matter, as what most people want is the festive packaging and the "Christmas blend" name for gifts but if it's the actual taste of the coffee you're after...try Sumatra.

Thanks so much for checking, JenniferB. But it's just as I suspected - a mass conspiracy to destroy the souls of decaf drinkers!!  >:(

I'll keep that in mind! Thanks, aimless! :)

This is so true, the Taylors Of Harrogate Christmas blend is Sumatra & Ethopian Arabica...quite lovely.

I'm probably in the minority in that I don't care for really strong coffee or espresso on it's own. It always tastes too bitter for me.  In fact I hadn't been to a Starbucks until about a year ago.  I always get a vanilla latte now, whenever I go and love them.  We picked up some vanilla coffee syrup and I've been making coffee at home with that, warm milk and a breakfast blend coffee that's pretty mild.  I saw a SB coffee in the shop the other day that is a vanilla ground coffee.  Has anyone tried it?  I'm wondering if it is any good or if I should just stay with what I'm using.  Hmmm all this reading about, think I'll have to go brew a pot!

I've not seen it or tried it but would be interested in knowing if anyone has & what they think of it...hopefully it's not a Latin American coffee (too acidic), and if I happen to find it I will give it a go.

I've recently found "Hot Lava Java". It's the only 6 blend I've seen around. I like really strong coffee and it does fit the bill.
I know I'm late - where's the booze?

It's lovely isn't it...nice & strong without being bitter & too acidic. I've been hooked on it for years now.
