Last of the leftover curry from the other night. It was really filling, so it went a long way!
I've never gotten food on my underpants!

Whole wheat spaghetti with garlic bread. I added mince, mushrooms, onion, garlic and an orange bell pepper to the sauce, and it is happily simmering away in the crock pot making the whole place smell fantastic.

Baked fish, mashed carrots, onion potato thingos (I forget what they are called but they are a bit like round hash browns),brussels sprouts for him and a baked sweet potato for me.

We've been eating out a lot this weekend, but nothing particularly horrible for you at least... Friday night: Sushi (it was amazing). Last night we were hanging with the in laws, so we got some chicken kebabs. Today we're going to the carvery (with the in laws again).

Having a fun weekend, but looking forward to something homecooked tomorrow!
Finally living with my Husband in London after 6 1/2 years together but apart... and loving my life!

Lentil soup and roasted romanesco cauliflower. I've never tried it before but it looks fascinating!

DH has requested his fave: chorizo and potato hash, topped with a fried egg and cholula sauce. ;)

Ooo boy! How does he eat that and not get heartburn? ;D

Leftover lentil soup for us. The veg box deliveries are on Tuesday so we are down to odds and ends.
