I have recently started to do a big cook up on Sunday's yesterday I cooked a nice chicken stew and a spag bolognese. I also roasted a seasoned chickened for sanwich meat. I've saved loads of time doing it.

We're having peppered pork chops with steamed carrots, kale, spinach and mushrooms.

Every single leftover from the fridge... This includes stir fry, enchiladas, soup, and curry sauce which DH is making some homemade oven chips to go with. Only a little bit left of everything but enough for both of us to still have a great big random meal!

Steamed gyoza, sushi style rice and homemade katsu curry, except it was just grilled chicken rather than deep fried :)

Whoa! Where's mine? That sounds amazing!

I have pasta sauce in the slow cooker. It's vet day, so we will probably boil some angel hair and maybe steam some veg when we get home much later. Le sigh.

It was very good actually, if a little unexpected  ;D I popped into the japanese grocery store on the way home to get some soy sauce and ended up leaving with a bag of sushi rice and some gyoza wrappers. Totally worth it though!

Orange chicken stir fry with lots of veggies over brown rice.

Since I'm sick and can't be bothered to spend any amount of time in the kitchen, I decided to break my diet for something easy like spaghetti!
