Bratwursts on the grill, grilled peppers and onions, and cilantro potato salad.

Yum!

How did you make the potato salad?

I've got a lamb and ale stew in my slow cooker because I have a busy evening and no time to cook. Love my slow cooker!

Potatoes, a bit of onion (would have added spring onions too if I had any), mixed together some mayo, a lot of cilantro, salt and pepper. That's it. I think I was maybe supposed to add a bit of garlic, but I forgot and was too lazy to pull out the recipe card!  :P

I never thought about putting bacon in potato salad. That does sound extra delicious!

Tonight we're having roast chicken, roast Brussels sprouts, and steamed potatoes.

It's great! For a good-sized serving bowl of potato salad, I might put in 6-8 rashers of streaky bacon, fried up crisp, crumbled & stirred into the salad.  :)

Hi shugga!

I've made an Italian-style tomato-y aubergine and peppers (and other veggies) stew which hubby will have with chicken breast and I'll have on its own.

Big pan of mixed roasted veg with fresh herbs & Moroccan spices - sort of ratatouille/tagine thing. With plain couscous.

I had some lovely white aubergines that needed to be used. So I made this aubergine and lentil curry    - I added a few chillis though, because I like my curries with a bit of heat..
