Still waiting for the verdict on the phone. The battery is definitely beyond hope, but hubby found one for $3 and free shipping on ebay. If it doesn't work, it was only a $3 loss for trying.

Update: I have been taking magnesium along with my potassium, as suggested. I do still have cramps, but nothing like I had been. They seem to be easing up more by the day.

Today's : The transmission seemed to be struggling a bit yesterday, so I added some fluid. Today it seemed to have an all out fit through a mile of the city, as we were driving through to take MIL shopping and out to eat. It seems to be doing a bit better now, but nothing like it should be. We're away for the weekend, with a 1 hr 40 min drive, and will be driving around a small city for the weekend. This is bad timing.

Antibiotics don't work on viruses - they only work against bacterial infections.

</Biology major>

Maybe I misunderstood what my Dr said.  [smiley=confused.gif] but I know since I have been on the Antibiotics the bumps have went down I still have a few just nowhere as many as I used to have before I was on the antibiotics.  ;)

So maybe rosacea is bacterial?  For me it seemed to be heat / stress triggered.  If I kept myself hydrated and was fortunate enough to have less stress going on in my life, then the rosacea would subside.  And it's been very minimal the past few years.  It was at its worst when I was going through my divorce.

Andee my rosacea is heat & stress related alot as well. I have to say I haven't been drinking alot of water like I used to maybe that might help if I start drinking more water thanks for the tip on that. ;) I have had some stressful issues on my plate the past few months so that probably has alot to do with it as well.  :-\\\\

I don't know sh*t about rosacea, so I went in search. :) This is fascinating!

Bacterial cause found for skin condition rosacea
A new review carried out by the National University of Ireland concludes that rosacea may be triggered by bacteria that live within tiny mites that reside in the skin.

The study goes on to show how both exposure to sunlight and immune response (which is itself linked to stress levels) affect the mites. And it's the bacteria within them that are affected by the antibiotics.

Very cool.

I think we all have our moments. I don't know what situation prompted the post, but I am sure you handled it better than you feel you did.  [smiley=hug.gif]

I hope your stressful issues subside, shugga.  Glad your bumps are decreasing, too.

[smiley=blush.gif] It's the 'blushing smiley', but could be a 'rosacea smiley', too.  A happy one 'cause it's getting better!

Yeah, we all have microscopic mites all over us - they're in your pores & hair follicles & sebaceous glands.  ;D

Well, that's one way to get motivation to go to the gym I suppose!

Yes, I was supposed to go last night, but the stars didn't align so I didn't get there. I gave up my shower opportunity to allow my husband to go have his. The baby makes getting to the gym a little more complicated, but we're going to have to make it work this weekend!

I'm traveling on Saturday, and just happened to check my passport last week. It turns out that the damn things was due to expire the very day I'm leaving!  :o I'm not sure how I managed to let that happen ... !?!?

Got it sorted, but just wanted to send out a friendly reminder to check your passport dates - so that you don't find yourself making the same stupid mistake!  :)
