Just checking that you had him chipped first?

I thought that it’s only 21 days wait for rabies. But maybe I am wrong.

I'm confused by the numbers that the Home Office produces on wait times.

In 2015 the home office was chided by Parliament as using deceptive stats when really 40% of applications were not included in the reported standard because they were "not straightforward".
https://publications.parliament.uk/pa/cm201516/cmselect/cmhaff/512/51204.htm

Having not yet received the "not straightforward email" doesn't preclude one from still getting the email on day 59. :(  Any application that is not straight forward (which was 40% of total in 2015) is not counted in their efficiency stats. Ridiculous and Parliament rightfully called them out on it, but it did not change their reporting.

Reading these forums you can see a heightened number of approvals between BD 55 and BD 65, so even with 40% of applications not included in stats, they still have an office goal of around 60BD.

Wait times from:
https://visa-processingtimes.homeoffice.gov.uk/y/united-states/settlement-visas/settlement

         OCT DEC JAN FEB
30 days  54 79 74 52
60 days   71 96 94 95
90 days   74 97 98 97
(I don't have Nov or Mar)

Hey guys,

Purely out of curiousity, does anyone know where it says in the guidance the sponsor supporting statement is required? We submitted one with my application (thanks to U.K.-Yankee!) so I’m not worried that we missed it out. I just don’t recall seeing this requirement in the guidance.

Thanks for your help! :-)

They make it out like it's optional, but it's not.

Excellent news.  They are cranking through so quickly now!  Long may it last.  Hopefully the summer backlog starts later this year.  :)
