I'm waiting on my FLR(M) decision,  2nd extension.  My biometrics appointment was Jan 3rd in Edinburgh.

Today I missed a delivery from secure DX requiring a signature.  Only one thing I'm expecting from DX. I'm having it redelivered to my work tomorrow so I'm expecting that it was approved.

My letter will probably arrive tomorrow.

Sounds good! Keep us posted!

Any news???

Yes, good news!!!

I am just back to the UK yesterday after about 10 days in the States.  I would have been on this forum earlier but we went on a cruise and I didn't have access to wifi.

When I arrived into Houston on Friday the 7th I hugged my wife and turned to pick up my baby.  When I turned back around my wife was waving her passport, complete with entry clearance!!!

That means we sold our house on Wednesday, received new of the visa on Thursday, and saw each other on Friday. We had plenty of celebrating to do on our cruise!

I arrived back yesterday and I'll be picking up my wife, my daughter, and the (damn) cat on Friday!!!

Thanks to all for the support and advice over the past few months.

I'll keep hanging around to make sure we are well prepared for the extension application in a couple of years' time!
