I have just received my BRP card. It is written only leave to enter and doesn’t state my husband’s name.

Do you think it’s ok, or should i ask them to change it?

I’ll be interested to know this too. I pick my BRP up Friday.

In passport vignette it’s written D standard (partner), not spouse.

That is correct.  The visa you were granted was leave to enter.  And my husband's name was never on any of my BRP's.  You are good to go!

Package was received today! So I guess this is the start of the waiting period again.

I know it’s okay but is it common for UPS to say delivered but not to receive notice from UKVI? We saw on the UPS app it was received at 9am ish and who by but no email.

You won’t get the email until it’s opened. Can take them from later in the day to a few days later.  :D

i’m actually really surprised i didn’t get a “not strait forward” email, cause i have a criminal record. plus, one of my convictions (2005 non-payment of fare - traffic violation) i couldn’t find any court records, so i simply included the case information from a background check website.

hope that doesn’t mean i’ve been refused.
