We asked for our travel date to be 1 May 2019 on the application, the vignette is from 24 Apr to 24 May , so it now gives us time to book flights, sell the house, pack......eeeek !

We're both still shaking as it was a complete surprise.  Lol. We opened the envelope and pulled out all our documents and didn't see the passport still in the envelope at first !

Hoping everyone still waiting hears very soon .

Nice! Your's is like the 3rd or 4th this week that i've seen that did not get their decision made email. Wonder if they are trying to push more through and getting sloppy on sending the emails lol

My, how time flies....

* Married in the US and applied for first spousal visa August 2013
* Moved to the UK on said visa October 2013
* FLR(M) applied for  May 2016. Biometrics requested June 2016. Approval given July 2016.
* ILR applied for January 2019 (using priority processing). Approved February 2019.
* Citizenship applied for May  2019
* Citizenship approved on July 4th 2019
* Ceremony conducted on August 28th 2019

Congratulations everyone!!

I just had my biometrics appointment and then dropped everything off at UPS. Let the wait begin!

A weird thing happened at biometrics, it turns out my printout had my new name, but my old passport number. I double checked my visa and I definitely listed my new one. Since I had both passports, they let me through without an issue. Just hoping it won't cause any delays later.
