I just got the "Decision has been made" email! My application arrived in Sheffield on Dec. 29th, so that would make it 4 or 5 business days. I'm really worried this is too good to be true... hopefully it's good news! :o

That’s awesome!! And as our package arrived the same day and package received email came the same day as yours, hopefully ours wont be far behind eh Southernbetty!!

We never received a "Documents received" e-mail, but our UPS tracking no. (sent via VFS shipping label) has been signed for in Sheffield. We shouldn't be concerned about this, right?  ???

You'd hope! From what I've seen on here though, there's literally no rhyme or reason to any of it. It's all just luck, even though we all pay the same. Not fair!

No - not everyone gets an email... and some people have been receiving an automated email before their documents even arrive in Sheffield.

As long as you know the package arrived in Sheffield from the UPS tracking, your visa will be processed.

I assumed that'd be the case given other cases I've encountered online. We can't help but panic though!

Does anyone happen to know just out of curiosity, how many cases an agent gets assigned at one time ? Or is it one case per agent until a final decision is made ?
