Hehe Dr JFkimberly ;)

Room wasn’t spinning I just couldn’t walk straight. Was stumbling around. I think if you asked at that point to walk a straight line I would have fallen over.  It’s really hard to explain.

Nausea stayed for four -five hours but lessened as time went on.

My headaches are usually on the lower back of head / too front part as of recently. I am a headache sufferer but these headaches are different from my normal ones. If that makes any sense.

So no rushing or wooshing in your head/ears and no spinning room?  I am inclined think it's not blood pressure related.  But, I'm not a doctor, and I haven't examined you or seen  your tests, but I think BP could safely be ruled out (if it was blood pressure related, I would've expected it to be too low at examination, not too high... plus, you'd been awake for a while, motivating yourself to move, so your body should've been ready for it, and I would've have thought the nausea would not persist after your BP resolved that if it was blood pressure).

I'm leaning toward an inner ear issue.  You wouldn't necessarily have ear pain with that (ear infection isn't the only cause of inner ear problems).  It could also be migraine.

When was your last eye exam?  You should have a checkup if it's been awhile, anyway.  But if you do go for an eye exam, casually mention the episode to see if they notice any neurological symptoms in your eye movements.  It might be quicker than trying to get a referral out of your GP for proper tests.  And it's just to rule out.

Whatever you do, write down all of your observations you've just made and keep note of these things to watch out for if/when it happens again.  Take the information with you to your GP next time.  It'll help the GP know what path to pursue when ordering tests.

How often do the spells occur?  Days apart?  Weeks apart?  Months apart?

No whooshing. I do get that on occurrence but it clears up ( told doctor that) but doesn’t Happen at same time as these spells. My blood pressure was so slightly over like five -ten points so I’m not even concerned about that as I’ve always had good blood pressure.

Due for an eye exam early 2019 but my visions not been blurry or anything out of sorts.

These episodes happen so infrequently and never to this scale, so I always chalked it up to getting up to fast etc.  I can’t even tell you the last time I had one, but it was over the last six months.

My mom thinks I could be pregnant she mentioned it to me a few weeks back after I was telling her something and I got all emotional, but then I had a cycle and a negative test. But then telling her about this she mentioned it again.

It was the only thing my doctor didn’t enquire about.

All I can do is monitor and journal for the time being

Tests can give a false negative (not usually a false positive).  And pregnancy would explain the nausea.  Was your cycle normal/on time?  You should google "implantation bleeding".

Anyway, as you said, all you can do is monitor and journal.  You'll let us know when/if you find out what it was?  Hopefully, it doesn't happen again, and that's the end of it!

I was wondering pregnancy but I know you are hoping for that and will likely have tested.  Maybe take another test in a week just to be sure.

It was earlier than I thought it would be but mainly normal.

If it happens again I’ll be marching myself to the doctor and asking for every blood test and examination they can give.

Thank you for conversing with me. =)

Earlier, you say?  Agree with KF.  Try another test, first thing in the morning.
