Sorry to hear you guys are having snow troubles... I hope it starts getting warmer soon. Annoyingly I can't help with any weather forecasting info at the moment as I'm on holiday.

But I do feel bad about complaining I was cold the other day... It's been 75 degrees (but mostly cloudy and muggy) here in China all week  ::)

You missed out, ksand24! It was an odd little storm as far as the places that got LOTS of snow & the ones that didn't...

Like Dumfries & Galloway were hit hard - the rest of Scotland, not so much, I don't think. I think maybe eastern Scotland got some, but not so much where PB is (North Pole!) or in northwestern Scotland.

Much of Cumbria got it - where cars were buried in it, but a friend in Carlisle said they had none or almost no snow.

We were hammered here in Leeds & West Yorkshire, but our friends in York only 27 miles or so to the northeast hardly had any.

Seemed to be a central-west thing, but I'm not sure how far south the heavy snow continued...

It's been 75 degrees (but mostly cloudy and muggy) here in China all week  ::)

75 degrees (or even warmer/hotter!!) and muggy - now that's MY kind of weather, my favourite kind!  :\\\'(

Don't worry guys, you're not alone. It's snowing here as well.  :-\\\\

And it's only made worse by the fact that yesterday was absolutely gorgeous. A little chilly but not freezing and sunny! Ugh. :(

Well thankfully that bit of flurrying was just an idle threat and nothing came of it!  :)

Dear Mother Nature.
Did you realise it April? Covering things in white snow, pretty as it is, is not appropriate anymore. We don't want snow, we want daffodils, snowdrops, blue bells, primroses.... Can you please bring some warmth to us now?

There was snow falling last night- luckily it was warmish enough that it didn't stick at these lower levels, but the hills have a nice coating of white

I heard about that on the radio at 1 today! Where I live doesn't get snow. When it was really bad in the easter holidays, it was so weird seeing places like devon/dorset border with around a foot of snow...and nada for me.
