Got off my lazy ar$e and put a chicken in the oven to roast. Now I just have to find the enthusiasm to do the potatoes and veg....  :)

My husband is trying his hand at a prawn stir-fry.  I'm letting him do it all...I'm trying to rest up from a hellacious week at work (being preggers and doing the work of two people in a retail job where you're on your feet all !"£$%^& day, I don't recommend it)!  I'm sure it will be nice...

Last night was pot roast w/potatoes, onions, yellow beans & carrots.  Huge cut of Scottish beef - OMG was it good!

Tonight the husband and youngest child are at my in-laws and the oldest will be at Tai-Kwon-Do, so I'm having seafood chowder (tinned...) all by myself!  Actually looking forward to it!

We are having this tonight:  http://talk.uk-yankee.com/index.php?topic=15996.msg174098#msg174098.  I have some leftover ham (had ham, cabbage and potatoes this weekend), so I'll flash fry some cubed ham and have a very nice pasta dish.
