We just had pizza...and, now it's sitting, inside me, like a lump.  ~~sigh~~

It's too freaking hot to eat anything tonight. Jon keeps running ideas by me but they all sound too hot!

Big bowl of salad, maybe, with icecream on the side.  ;)

Didn't have the lamb last night.  Had a bowl of pasta with pesto tomato sauce and crayfish sauteed in olive oil and garlic, with some feta cheese on top, yum!

Tonight is Rich's famous sweet and sour chicken.

(If he is not too bushed from gardening all day!)

Sunday night was Hubby's cooking again -- grilled pork chops that he put in a yummy marinade, new potatoes, carrots & asparagus.  Very simple but very good.

It *was hot* most of the day, but it cooled off nicely after the rain moved through.  (Fortunately, we're not in North Yorks where they got hit with the flooding!) Though I'm loving that summer has finally arrived -- gotta take advantage the days that it's here!

Last night was ravioli stuffed with portobello mushrooms and a marscapone sauce.  mmmmm!  I think tonight will veggie tart with a salad on the side.

i had chicken tikka byrani last night with half a piece of naan and veggie curry. MMMMM.  we ate out way too much this week though.

Tonight i'm going to do taco salad.. or maybe this chopped beef/rice/corn/pepper/onion/salsa thing i do.......that way we'll have lefovers.

I'm alone tonight, so maybe Salmon or lamb, as I have to use it up before I leave Wednesday.
